Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult men and women aged 18-50 years old For men, a body mass index (BMI) of less than 25 kg/m2 or a body fat percentage of less than 20 per cent. For women, a body mass index (BMI) of less than 25 kg/m2 or a body fat percentage of less than 25 per cent. The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (PAR-Q) indicates that you are fit to perform physical activity. Able to run for 30 minutes at an intensity of 60-70% of their maximum heart rate (220 - age). Able to perform bodyweight-based strength training exercises. Understand all experimental procedures performed in this study and agree to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Do not agree to participate in this study Have experienced a weight change (± 3kg) in the last 6 months Have been following a ketogenic diet for the past 6 months Do more than 300 minutes of aerobic exercise (excluding walking) per week Have chronic medical conditions (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, etc.) Have a physician diagnosis of cardiovascular disease other than hypertension (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart failure, stroke, cerebral haemorrhage, occlusive peripheral vascular disease) or are taking medication to treat a related condition. - Those taking lipid-lowering medications (statins, fibrates, omega-3s, etc.) should discontinue them 4 weeks prior to the event. Patients with liver and kidney failure People taking hormone-related treatments or medication People with a history of chest pain during exercise or physical activity Musculoskeletal disorders that make it difficult to perform sustained running or strength training. Any other condition that, in the opinion of the principal investigator, would make it difficult for the patient to participate in the study.
