Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - A third-year middle school student who can participate in the regular school curriculum and is taking health classes - Students who understand the contents of the questionnaire and can communicate - Students who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Requested withdrawal or suspension of the study - Failure to respond to either the pre- or post-questionnaire due to absence, transfer, etc - If you have many missing questionnaires
