Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research subjects have the following selection criteria: 1. Members of the smart senior center in Yangcheon-gu who are 65 years of age or older and can visit the senior center twice a week 2. Those who do not have any difficulties in their daily lives 3. Those who are willing to participate in the intervention program for 3 months after the start of the project 4. Those who have heard the explanation of this study, fully understood it, voluntarily expressed their intention to participate, and gave written consent to comply with the precautions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Those who did not consent to participate as subjects in the research 2. Local residents under 65 years of age 3. Health status i. Those with a long-term care level for the elderly ii. Those receiving treatment for a malignant tumor iii. Those currently taking psychiatric medication iv. Those who cannot move outdoors on their own due to fractures, etc. v. Those who have had surgery within the past 6 months 4. Those who plan to move to another region within the next 3 months 5. Those who are judged by the researchers and practitioners to be unsuitable for participation in this study
