Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1. Elite female high school basketball players. 2. A score of 25 or lower on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT). 3. A score of 37 or higher on the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia (TSK). 4. Athletes who are able to actively participate in the study's intervention program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1. Athletes who have experienced an ankle sprain within the past three months. 2. Athletes with injuries to the knee or hip. 3. Athletes who do not regularly participate in team training sessions.
