Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 40–69 2) Individuals who understand the study details and agree to participate 3) Individuals expected to have no medication changes during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with systematic exercise experience within the last 6 months 2) Individuals unable to perform regular physical activity/exercise due to musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, immune, or mental health disorders 3) Individuals planning to become pregnant or who have given birth within the last 6 months 4) Individuals with plans for long-distance relocation or personal reasons that may prevent full participation in all stages of the study 5) Individuals with morbid obesity or higher BMI 6) Individuals deemed unable to participate in the developed exercise program based on the principal investigator’s judgment
