Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) age = 40 years, (ii) mobile and able to participate in the program, and (iii) agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: (i) bedridden or wheelchair-bound for more than 50% of their waking hours (ECOG performance status of three or higher (11)), (ii) hospitalized for acute conditions such as pneumonia, acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke, or cerebral hemorrhage within the past month, (iii) undergone surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy for major organ malignancies within the past year, or during the study period, (iv) severe dementia with a Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) of three or higher (12), (v) moderate intellectual disability with intellectual disability grade 1 or 2 (IQ of 49 or lower) (13), (vi) severe fear of insects (entomophobia), and (vii) withdrawn consent to participate in the study.
