Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients who continue to experience pain for more than 3 months after the onset of the rash and are undergoing treatment. - Patients diagnosed with zoster sine herpete (zoster without rash) are excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: If the patient does not wish to participate in the study (including cases where MRI examination is not possible due to patient factors) If there were abnormal findings in a previous brain MRI If the patient has a history of neurological, neurosurgical, or psychiatric treatment If the patient is undergoing treatment for life-threatening diseases (e.g., severe respiratory, cardiac, or renal diseases, malignant tumors, etc.) Discontinuation/Dropout Criteria: If the patient no longer wishes to undergo the MRI examination during the study.
