Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 65 or older residing in Dong-gu, Incheon Those who do not have any difficulties in daily life (Activities of Daily Living score maximum) Those who are involved in the home visit health management program, and are categorized into the ‘regular management group’ or ‘self-capacity support group’. Those who have heard the explanation of this study, fully understood it, voluntarily expressed their intention to participate and gave written consent to comply with the precautions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who did not agree to participate in this study Those who are participants in "long-term care service" having difficulty living daily. Those who are being treated for malignant tumors Those who are currently taking psychiatric medications Those who are classified to be inappropriate to participate in this study by the researchers
