Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) National level 1 athlete (based on competitor skill level). 2) a person with a healthy body composition. 3) A person who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in the study. 4) an active taekwondo athlete over the age of 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) a person on medication. 2) Special medical conditions (cardiac disease, medical history of plastic surgery) 3) A person who disagrees with participating in the study.
