Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • 70 years of age or older • Those scheduled to undergo surgery requiring general anesthesia • Those with communication skills capable of understanding verbal or visual explanations • Those who agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Those who cannot understand the explanation due to severe cognitive impairment • Those who have difficulty understanding the explanation due to hearing or visual impairment • Those who need emergency surgery • Those who do not agree to participate in the study
