Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) scale score between 1 and 15. Individuals who can measure key indicators such as FEV1 and FVC in a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). Individuals without any severe respiratory disease within the last 6 months prior to the study. Individuals who have voluntarily signed a consent form for participation in the study. Individuals who have had at least one experience of rehabilitation therapy. Individuals with no history of severe systemic infection or inflammatory disease within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe musculoskeletal issues in both lower limbs (e.g., severe fractures, arthritis). Individuals who have had a serious neurological injury other than stroke within the last 3 months. Individuals with respiratory diseases that can significantly impair lung function (e.g., severe asthma, COPD). Individuals with severe peripheral nerve damage. Individuals currently participating in another clinical trial. Individuals with psychological or emotional instability.
