Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -. Mothers with a gestational age of 37 to less than 42 weeks and who delivered a normal newborn within 8 weeks of delivery -. Mother with spouse -. Mothers capable of physical activity and communication -. Mothers who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -. Mothers with complications after delivery -. Mothers with health problems related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period -. Mothers with a history of thyroid disease or depression associated with postpartum depression -. Mother diagnosed with and receiving treatment for a psychiatric disorder -. Mother whose baby is hospitalized and receiving treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit
