Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 20-80 years old 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Grade (ASA) Grade 1-3 3) Patients scheduled for percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy under anesthesia management (MAC) (patients indicated for percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) 4) Patients who agreed to the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who refuse consent 2) Under 20 years old, over 80 years old 3) Pregnancy 4) History of allergy to midazolam, opioid, or remimazolam 5) Serious psychiatric problems 6) History of alcohol and drug addiction 7) Patients with ASA grade 4 or higher 8) Patients who cannot understand the contents of the consent form due to severe cognitive impairment
