Others(Nurse education) : Intervention group: 180 minutes of education (Sheol program) consisting of lecture, hybrid simulation training, and role play Control group: 90 minutes of lecture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New nurses with 3 to 12 months of experience working in the inpatient nursing department

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses and staff in departments without inpatients, such as outpatient and clinical departments, and laboratories
