Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Preterm infants with less than 37 weeks of gestational age ? Preterm infants within 7 days of birth ? Preterm infants requiring endotracheal suction ? not receiving opiates and sedatives within four hours before intervention ? not receiving any painful procedure at least an hour before the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? congenital anomalies ? intracranial hemorrhage higher than Grade 3 ? Based on the investigator’s judgment, it is deemed difficult to conduct the study
