Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with confirmed acute coronary syndrome based on electrocardiogram findings ? Patients who are referred to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine for cardiac rehabilitation in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit after coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass surgery in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who cannot receive inpatient cardiac rehabilitation exercise treatment due to unstable vital signs or medical conditions ? Patients who cannot undergo cardiopulmonary exercise stress testing ? Patients who did not agree to participate in the study
