Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: menopausal women (ages 45-74) experiencing vasomotor symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For individuals undergoing pharmacological treatment (hormonal therapy, other adjunctive therapies) for vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause by medical indication Who have reached menopause due to bilateral oophorectomy Who have reached menopause due to radiation and pharmacological treatments by medical reasons
