Inclusion criteria: - Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study - Those who work three shifts - Those who do not have cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or kidney-related diseases - Those who do not have abnormalities in olfactory function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who drank alcohol during the study period - Those who took tranquilizers, anti-anxiety drugs, or sleeping pills, or those with neuropsychiatric disorders
