Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 50 and 80 years Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease based on clinical diagnostic criteria Patients with bilateral Parkinson's symptoms experiencing balance impairment (Hoehn and Yahr stage 1-2) Patients who consent to and are capable of participating in an exercise program, including balance training, twice a week for 12 weeks Patients expected to maintain stable doses of Parkinson's medications, such as levodopa, dopamine agonists, and MAO-B inhibitors, throughout the clinical study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In addition to Parkinson's disease, those with neurological and orthopedic problems that can affect walking Patients deemed difficult to complete exercise programs due to the high risk of falling under the judgment of the researcher Patients with dementia (MMSE<24 in the last year)
