Inclusion criteria: ? Elderly women aged 65-80 years ? Those who can communicate ? Those who agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have limitations in performing physical activities ? Those who have pain in the lower extremity joints ? Those who take medication for depression
