Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having paralysis due to central nervous system damage 2. Patients having cognition in a way they can understand the basic concept of the system and how to operate the system

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having musculoskeletal problem 2. Patients who could not read and fill out the questionnaire
