Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Nurses who are currently employed at a hospital. 2)Nurses who have been working independently at their current workplace for at least one month. 3)Nurses who voluntarily wish to participate in the study after seeing the recruitment notice posted on an online community, with no prior acquaintance with the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who do not provide direct patient care
