Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion Criteria Patients aged 19 to 79 years Patients with initially unresectable locally advanced cholangiocarcinoma An expected survival duration of at least 3 months Performance status: ECOG 0-1 or Karnofsky performance score > 80%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2) Exclusion Criteria Patients with uncontrolled coagulation disorders (INR > 1.5 or platelet count < 50,000/mm³) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients Patients with anatomically altered biliary structures due to previous surgical interventions Patients who are unsuitable for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
