Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adults over 20 years old -Stroke within 6 months -single stroke -A score of 17 or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) -Ability to hold and stand for 30 seconds -Ability to walk at least 10 meters with up to one person's assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Contraindications to lower extremity weight bearing, such as fractures -Skin damage or bedsores -Uncontrolled high blood pressure or orthostatic hypotension -Cardiovascular disease or heart failure -malignant disease -Severe lower extremity contractures that limit the ability to walk -Other underlying diseases that cannot tolerate robot walking treatment, such as lung disease, neurological disease, etc. -Severe osteoporosis -Cardiovascular or metabolic instability -Excluded from the study if there was an inability to walk independently for more than 50m before stroke.
