Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60 to 85 years old 2. Those with cognitive decline below 22 points on the Korean version of Montreal cognitive assessment (K-MoCA) 3. A person who has received a thorough explanation of the purpose of the study, the nature of the content, etc. prior to participating in the clinical study, voluntarily decided to participate in the study, and consented in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with and receiving treatment for schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, substance-related disorder, etc. 2. Epilepsy patients being treated for poorly controlled convulsions 3. When it is confirmed that there is severe visual impairment, severe hearing impairment, or communication impairment that makes it impossible to carry out intervention and effectiveness evaluation. 4. Illiterate people 5. Participating in other intervention studies 6. If it is deemed inappropriate to participate in this study
