Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 20 to 39. 2. Individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher (considered obese by Korean standards). 3. Individuals scoring 68 or higher on The Situational Motivation Scale (SIMS), placing them in the top 40% of motivation levels (out of a total score of 112). Participants must be at Stage 4 or higher on the motivation scale, which consists of five stages: 1) Precontemplation, 2) Contemplation, 3) Preparation, 4) Action, and 5) Maintenance. 4. Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study's objectives and methods and have provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are unable to fully comprehend the study explanation or cannot voluntarily provide consent. 2. Individuals diagnosed with diabetes. 3. Non-smartphone users or those who have difficulty using digital technology. 4. Individuals who, in the investigator's judgment, are unlikely to complete the study or have medical conditions or histories that could complicate the interpretation of study results.
