Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients aged 19 years or older who have been hospitalized for dysphagia with a nasogastric tube inserted for more than one week -Patients who are unable to perform independent oral care -Individuals who can voluntarily provide consent, or if there is cognitive impairment or consciousness disturbance, whose family can provide consent on their behalf

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with severely loose teeth -Patients with currently uncontrolled acute bacterial or acute viral infections -Patients deemed unsuitable for this study due to reasons such as paroxysmal coughing -Patients with other conditions that may affect the study results or process -Patients using a gastrostomy tube or oroesophageal tube instead of a nasogastric tube
