Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who have experienced an ankle sprain within the past month - Those who have consented from themselves, their guardian, and their team coach. - Those who wish to conduct sincere training during the planned period - Those who have consented to experiments, measurements, training, data analysis, and publication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - People who are unable to perform intervention training due to recent injury - People with a history of past related surgery - People who did not consent to the study
