Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults in their twenties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of surgery on the hip, knee, or ankle joints, or those experiencing pain in these joints within the past six months, are excluded from the study.
