Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19 years or older who are undergoing epidural nerve block at Inje university haeundaepaik hospital because of a degenerative lumbar disease whose pain cannot be controlled by non-invasive methods such as drug and physical therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded if any of the conditions below are met. - When a local infection around the coccyx where the needle is inserted is suspected - If there is a history of adverse reactions to drugs used for caudal epidural block (constrast agent, local anesthetic, steroid, etc.) - If the patient does not wish to participate in the study # Criteria for stopping and dropping out - When caudal epidural block is not possible due to mutations in anatomical structures - When the needle is placed in a space other than the epidural space
