Behavioral : In this study, both groups will receive a subacute rehabilitation program. This program consists of physical therapy and occupational therapy, conducted for 4 hours a day, 7 days a week,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are patients who were hospitalized within 90 days after a stroke or surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria include patients with cardiovascular or orthopedic conditions that could pose a risk or affect the study, patients with a consciousness level of drowsy state or lower, and patients who are unable to undergo a grip strength assessment with at least one hand.
