Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 to 65 with a BMI of 18.5 or above, who are physically healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are unable to comprehend the explanation for participation in the study or incapable of providing voluntary consent. 2. Individuals with a history of or currently taking medications that may affect weight and appetite changes within the past month. 3. Individuals currently taking medications that may affect eating behaviors and mood disorders within the past month. 4. Those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or potentially pregnant. 5. Individuals with medical conditions, illnesses, or medical histories that, in the judgment of the investigator, may make it difficult for them to complete the study or interpret the research results during the participant's research period.
