Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. person aged between 18 and 40 2. male or female 3. Symptoms of worsening pain around or behind the knee joint in one of the weighting (squat, stair climbing, running/jogging, jumping/jumping) knee joints 4. Patients with non-traumatic pain around or behind the knee joint (more than 4/10 on a visual analog scale) for 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exogenous knee injury bruises, bruises, cuts, burns, bruises 2. external or subskin bleeding due to ruptured skin in knee joint 3. abnormal bone structure 4. Inflammation of the knee, dislocation of the knee bone or dislocation of the subterfuge, presence of ligament damage 5. A history of static knee arthroplasty within a year 6. injury or discomfort of other body parts
