Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are individuals who meet the clinical threshold for difficulties with social anxiety or depressive symptoms as measured by the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) and the Korean version of the Mental Health Screening: Depression (MHS:D), and who are experiencing feelings of isolation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria, based on clinician assessments through the SCID (Structured Clinical Interview for DSM Disorders), are as follows: 1) A history of hospitalization in a psychiatry or neurology department within the past 2 months. 2) A current or past history of neurological disorders. 3) Intellectual ability considered insufficient for basic communication necessary for participation in the program. 4) A history of suicide attempts within the past 6 months. 5) Other severe medical conditions that would make participation in the study difficult (e.g., psychotic symptoms, manic episodes). Individuals meeting any of these criteria will be excluded from the recruitment process.

MeasureTime frame
To assess social anxiety, the Korean versions of the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (K-SIAS), the Social Phobia Scale (K-SPS), and the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) will be used.;To assess depression, the Mental Health Screening: Depression (MHS:D) will be used.;To assess social isolation, the Korean version of the short-form UCLA Loneliness Scale, the Loneliness and Social Isolation Scale, and the Lubben Social Network Scale-6 (LSNS-6) will be used.

To assess activation, the Korean version of the Behavioral Activation for Depression Scale (K-BADS) and the Core Life Activities Scale will be used.;To assess personality, the Korean version of the Bright and Dark Personality Inventory (BDPI) will be used.;Emotion regulation;Social skills
