Medical Device, Behavioral : Gait training is performed for 4 weeks (20 sessions) using KineAssist-MX with gradually increasing resistance or maintaining a fixed resistance. Gait training is conducted

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who can walk 10 meters independently, with or without assistive devices. Persons who were able to walk independently before the onset. Patients who were able to understand and follow the researcher's instructions without any defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other diseases that may cause abnormalities in walking. Patients who are prohibited from physical activity due to unstable heart disease or underlying disease. Patients who weigh more than 113 kg. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant.
