Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria - Currently employed part-time or full-time, male and female office workers aged 19-59. - Not currently utilizing any other mental health services (medication, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.). - Users of smartphones with Android 10 or higher. - For the cognitive module set, subjects reporting a score of 14 or higher on the PSS questionnaire (mild to moderate stress levels) - For the sleep module set, subjects reporting a score of 8.5 or higher on the PSQI-K questionnaire (poor sleep quality)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria - Individuals who are not currently employed. - iOS smartphone users. - Individuals who will use other mental health services (medication, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.) during the study period.
