Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: undergraduate or graduate students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) undergraduate or graduate students, (2) native Korean speakers with no difficulty using smartphones, (3) users of iOS 12 or higher or Android 8 or higher, (4) individuals reporting a score of 5 or higher on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), indicating mild depression, and lower than a score of 1 on the suicide item, indicating low risk of suicide, (5) not currently receiving other mental health services (e.g., medication, psychotherapy, counseling).
