Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants who are willing to participate in the study and have signed the consent form. (2) Participants who scored 5 points or higher (indicating mild or higher levels of depressive symptoms) on the screening test using PHQ-9, and reported a score of 1 or lower on the suicidal ideation item. (3) Participants who have no difficulty using a smartphone with iOS 12-14 or Android 8-10 or higher. (4) Participants who are not currently using other mental health-related services (medication, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who are not currently employed. (2) Individuals who have difficulty using smartphones with iOS 12-14 or Android 8-10 specifications. (3) Individuals who are currently using other mental health-related services (medication, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.). (4) Individuals who scored 1-4 points (indicating no depression-related problems) on the screening test using PHQ-9. (5) Participants who reported moderate or severe suicidal ideation (2 points or higher) on the screening test using PHQ-9.
