Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - A Korean adult (male or female) over the age of 50 who meets the inclusion criteria and does not meet the exclusion criteria - Participants with body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 to 30 kg/m2 and with < 110% of the standard skeletal muscle mass as measured using the body composition analyzer InBody S10 (Biospace Corp.) - A person who is able to perform normal physical activities and has given written consent to the consent form as a subject of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with the following conditions were excluded: participated in clinical trials, diet, and exercise programs in the last 3 months; creatinine concentration =1.4 mg/dL; 2+ or greater proteinuria; aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase concentration levels 1.5 times higher than the upper limit; diabetes (diagnosed clinically or with a fasting glucose concentration >126 mg/dL); uncontrolled hypertension or notable cardiac disease such as angina or myocardial infarction; intake medications for psychiatric disease; intake any protein supplement within the past 3 months; received other research medications within the last 8 weeks; currently adjusting their diet for the purpose of disease management; a history of gastrectomy; pregnant or lactating women; women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the trial period; hypersensitivity to the test food or its ingredients; normally consumes more than 140g/week of alcohol; asthma or obstruction pulmonary disease, restrictive pulmonary disease; musculoskeletal disorders that make it difficult to exercise; an allergic reaction to dairy protein; subjects determined by the investigator to be unsuitable in this study for other reasons.
