Participants who have difficulty using smartphones with iOS 12 or Android 8 or higher - The 'Mind Booster Green' program is developed to be supported on these specifications. Participants currently using other mental health services (medication, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.) - Using other mental health services could significantly contaminate the results in verifying the program's effectiveness, so this criterion is included. Participants who scored 1-4 (no depressive issues) on the screening test using the PHQ-9 -The program is designed for university students experiencing depressive symptoms, so including a group without depressive issues could act as a contaminant. Thus, they are excluded. Participants who reported moderate or higher levels (score of 2 or above) of suicidal ideation on the PHQ-9 -Severe suicidal ideation requires urgent professional intervention, and a self-help program is deemed unsuitable.
