Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 years or older who voluntarily consent to research purposes 2. Patients who can receive non-face-to-face treatment in accordance with the guidelines and related legal systems In principle, patients who have experience with face-to-face treatment ? have experience with face-to-face treatment within 6 months at the same medical institution Non-face-to-face treatment available (patients who have experienced face-to-face treatment at least once within 6 months at the same medical institution) 3. Patients diagnosed with high blood pressure 4. Patients who voluntarily selected the corresponding group of subjects 1) Among the non-face-to-face treatment groups, those using MD Pax-CareForMe 2) Among the non-face-to-face treatment group, those who do not use MD Pax-Care For Me 3) Among the face-to-face treatment groups, those using MD Pax-CareForMe 4) Among the face-to-face treatment groups, those who do not use MD Pax-Care For Me However, the relevant group in 4) includes patients who selected one of the four groups below among patients who satisfied 1, 2, and 3 and did not meet the exclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria: 1. When there is no face-to-face medical treatment for more than 1 year 2. Patients who are not permitted to receive non-face-to-face treatment according to the guidelines 3. When home blood pressure measurement and mobile app use are not possible

Group 1 (non-face-to-face treatment group using CareforMe) was evaluated as non-inferior in blood pressure compared to Group 4 (face-to-face treatment group using CareforMe without Careformy)
