Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Individuals who do not engage in regular recreational activities (less than 90 minutes of exercise per week) ? Individuals who are not currently undergoing hormone replacement therapy ? Individuals who do not currently smoke or consume excessive alcohol (no more than two drinks per day)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals who are taking antidepressants ? Individuals with unstable health conditions ? Individuals with physical disabilities that prevent participation in walking and resistance training
