Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of childbearing age over 19 years old who have experienced at least one pregnancy and have low back pain rated 3 or more on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of low back pain before pregnancy or those who have undergone spinal surgery
