Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants of this study are visiting nurses affiliated with public health centers currently in charge of home visiting health care services. There are no restrictions on age or gender, but the participants are adults aged 19 or older according to the Labor Standards Act.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: At the time of participation in the study, Visiting nurses are excluded which were diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or suffering from psychological conditions such as stress, or anxiety due to a safety accident (violence, sexual assault, infection, pet accident) during a previous home visit.
