Drug : In Group P, lidocaine 40mg IV + propofol 1mg/kg IV In Group R, normal saline 2cc IV + remimazolam 0.1mg/kg IV In Group LR, lidocaine 40mg IV + remimazolam 0.1mg/kg IV

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients, aged 65 years or older, belongs to ASA class 1 to 3 and undergoing surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Under the age of 65 - BMI 35 or higher - ASA class 4 or above - Scheduled for emergency surgery requiring rapid sequence induction/intubation - Systemic or peripheral vascular disease - Symptoms of neurological deficits such as sensory deterioration and paralysis - Patients on opioid, anticonvulsant, antidepressant medications - Patients received analgesics or sedatives prior to induction of anesthesia on the day of surgery - History of hypersensitivity or serious side effects to drugs related to this study (Benzodiazepine including Remimazolam, Propofol, Lidocaine, and Rocuronium) - Those who refused to participate in this study
