Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 years or older 2. Voluntarily consented to participate in the study 3. Pathologically diagnosed with invasive breast cancer 4. Failed at least one chemotherapy regimen for metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer and harbor germline BRCA1/2 mutations 5. Patients who are receiving or are scheduled to receive PARP inhibitor treatment based on clinical judgment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In cases where there is insufficient tissue available for genomic analysis
