Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients aged 25 years or older diagnosed with moyamoya disease (According to Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Youth Basic Law, "youth" refers to a person between the ages of 9 and 24, so this study will include adult patients aged 24 years or older who are adults, excluding adolescents.) - Patients with moyamoya disease who are lucid and able to communicate, understand the purpose of the study, have access to a mobile phone, are able to read the questionnaire themselves or listen and understand what the researcher reads to them, and agree to participate in the study.
