Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who had been diagnosed with tension type headache by a doctor. 2)Those who had been diagnosed with tension type headaches according to the International Headache Society's criteria. 3)Those with a VAS score of 3 or more and 7 or less. 4)Those who was fully understand the content and purpose of the study and voluntarily agrees to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals who had been additional diagnosis of migraines and secondary headaches. 2)Those who had a medical condition that may cause a headache. 3)Those who regularly takes medications that affect his or her headache. 4)Those who had experience in treating tension type headaches within the last 6 months.
