Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age: 20 to 85 years old 2) those with a fasting blood sugar level 100-125 mg/dL or HbA1c 5.7-6.4% or Oral glucose tolerance test 140-199mg/dL 3) those who responded to a prior interview and agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those diagnosed with diabetes 2) Those who are pregnant or lactating 3) Those with BMI 30kg/m2 or more 4) Those diagnosed with cardiovascular disease 5) Those diagnosed with liver disease or kidney disease 6) Those taking steroids 7) Those who have not passed 6 months since cancer treatment 8) Those who receive serious psychiatric treatment such as panic disorder 9) Those who, in the judgment of the researcher, have difficulty participating cooperatively in the research until the end. 10) Those who disagree with research
