Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subject who voluntarily agree to participate and signs informed consent form 2) Aged more than 19 years and less less than 75 years, women and men 3) Those who have a body mass index (BMI) of 25kg/m*2 or more and less than 30kg/m*2 4) Those who have waist circumference of more than 90cm for men and 85cm for women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with the following diseases: Chronic inflammatory diseases, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, etc. 2) Continued use of health functional food or medicines or oriental medicines 3) Subjects with low body fat percentage 4) Those who have participated in commercial obesity programs or received calorific dietary treatment within three months of their first visit. 5) Participation in another clinical study within 1 month before the first visit 6) Pregnant or lactating women, or women planning to be pregnant 7) Hypersensitivity to the ingredients contained in the test·control food or experience of severe food allergic reactions 8) Any condition that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in this study
